The role:

What you’ll do:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of five casual staff to deliver unforgettable service.
• Drive sales results while cultivating a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Curate a store environment that feels elevated, polished, and purposeful.
• Oversee day-to-day operations with precision, rosters, stock, and store presentation.
• Partner with other locations and head office to share insights and sharpen performance.

What you’ll bring:

• At least 3 years’ experience in retail management with proven team leadership.

• An eye for detail, a love for operations, and confidence with numbers.
