We are looking for a motivated, organised, results-driven manager who can develop the team and run the store as if it were your own.

The open position is for a Full-time Uniform Shop Manager, located at our Uniform Store in Turramurra, NSW. Candidates must be available to work Saturdays.

Hours:

Tuesday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Saturday 9.00am - 12.00pm

The Turramurra store is a 3-level multi-school store. Currently retailing over 20 schools within the one shop, and is scheduled for a full modern renovation in 2025. We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager who can grow with and elevate this store.

A current Working With Children Check (or the ability to provide one if successful)

Your responsibilities will be:

Delivering and maintaining exceptional customer experience in-store.

Fitting out students in Uniform

Packing online orders

Achieve monthly realistic sales targets

Manage the calendar schedule to align with the Schools

Scheduling Sales Assistant's rosters

Administration duties relating to the management of the store

Management of stock and order forecasting

Maintain store presentation standards

Create a positive and friendly environment
