12-Month Maternity Contract

We’re on the lookout for a Administration Clerk to join us on a 12-month maternity leave contract, with the possibility of extension or permanency depending on performance and business requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
Arranging daily dispatch of goods and raising invoices and delivery notes
Accounts receivable and sending out monthly statements
Keeping our systems tidy (we love someone who takes initiative and pride in their work)
Maintaining a positive, professional tone across all communications

You’ve got excellent admin or customer service experience (bonus if it’s in manufacturing or the 4wd industry)
Confident with email systems, Microsoft programs and basic QuickBooks experience a plus but not essential.
A clear communicator who’s comfortable dealing with customers and our distributor network
You’re reliable, approachable, and able to jump into a fast-moving environment with a “let’s go” attitude

Contract length/Pay Rate: 12-month maternity contract - $28.00 p/hr
Start date: Monday 6th October 2025
Location: On-site role in New Gisborne, VIC
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 5:00pm. (2 x weekends per year for attendance at 4wd/caravan trade shows)
