Great opportunity for an Insurance Officer for an immediate contract role in the NSW Government sector.
Overview
The role is within a small team, reporting to an insurance coordinator and with a colleague insurance officer.
Skills required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to deal with conflict and provide excellent customer service
- Relevant tertiary or other qualifications and experience in insurance claims management (motor vehicle and public and personal liability preferred)
- Sound written communication skills, including providing briefings and writing reports based on data plus excellent time management skills & ability to manage multiple/competing deadlines
- High level understanding of the principles of risk management plus demonstrated ability to manage diverse relationships at a variety of organisational levels in order to secure cooperation & provide advice
