The Role

Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you will be a key part of the delivery team, contributing across multiple project phases. You will gain exposure to commercial builds and have every opportunity to grow toward more senior project roles.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with end-to-end project coordination
• Managing documentation, scheduling, and procurement
• Supporting contract administration and compliance
• Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
• Ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards are upheld
• Contributing to a respectful, team-oriented site and office culture

This is a hands-on, dynamic role suited to someone looking to step into a larger scope and expand their capabilities in a business that will support their development.

The Like Mind

You are already working as a Project Administrator or Coordinator within a Commercial Builder. You are organised, detail-focused, and thrive in an environment where collaboration, communication, and continuous learning are key.

You will bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in commercial construction
• Strong admin and coordination skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• A desire to grow into more senior delivery roles
• A team-first attitude and alignment with values like Respect, Accountability, and Enjoyment
• Construction Management qualifications (advantageous, not essential)
