Position Overview
The Junior Occupational Therapist will work closely with senior clinicians to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to children, adolescents, and/or adults with disabilities, developmental delays, or psychosocial challenges. This role is designed to support a new graduate or early-career OT to develop clinical confidence while contributing meaningfully to participant outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional assessments under supervision (e.g., sensory processing, activities of daily living, fine/gross motor skills, adaptive functioning).
Support the development and implementation of individualised therapy plans.
Deliver therapy sessions in clinic, school, home, or community settings.
Collaborate with families, carers, support workers, and other allied health professionals to promote holistic outcomes.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and reports in line with NDIS and clinic standards.
Participate in regular supervision, professional development, and team meetings.
Assist with clinic-based programs, group interventions, and research activities as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor or Master).
Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility for registration).
Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
