No recruitment experience? No problem. We provide full training, from classroom learning to hands-on mentoring with our top Consultants. You'll start by supporting the team and sourcing candidates, then grow into client management and full 360° recruitment.

Tasks & Duties:
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Learn how to identify and connect with reliable Nursing professionals for temporary/permanent placements. You’ll be making high-volume phone calls, conducting phone/video-based interviews, and supporting the reference-checking process, all while developing strong communication skills and an eye for great talent.
- Compliance: Under guidance, you’ll assist in ensuring candidates have all necessary documentation to meet both company and regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with our compliance team to help create a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
- Team Support and Operations: Get involved in the day-to-day operations by helping with incoming calls and administrative tasks for the team. This is a great way to understand how the business runs and how we support our workforce.
- Nurture Existing Client Relationships: You’ll be shown how to maintain and grow relationships with our current clients by providing excellent service, regular check-ins, and proactive support. Over time, you’ll become a trusted point of contact who understands their staffing needs and delivers consistently.
- Develop New Business Opportunities: With the support of your Manager and team, you’ll begin to identify and approach potential clients in the Healthcare sector. You’ll learn how to build strong initial connections, understand client needs, and confidently promote our recruitment solutions.
- Drive Results in a Commercial Setting: You’ll be trained to work towards targets and KPIs, learning how your efforts directly impact business growth. With ongoing coaching, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to succeed in a competitive, rewarding industry.

- Highly Driven & Self-Motivated: You have a strong internal drive to succeed and aren’t afraid to push yourself to achieve goals. Whether it’s hitting targets, learning new skills, or stepping out of your comfort zone, you stay motivated and focused.
- Communication: A confident communicator who will embrace interacting with people on the phone and through video calls.
- Customer-Focused: Previous experience in customer service, a call centre, sales, or recruitment role is a bonus, but not essential.
- Strong Organisational Skills: Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Rights: Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or on a residency pathway.

What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience) + superannuation (12%).
