About the Role

In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Club while overseeing the smooth running of our restaurant and bar. From supervising staff and ensuring exceptional service to maintaining compliance and handling functions, you will play a key part in creating memorable member and guest experiences.

You will coordinate shift operations, manage floor service, and be a hands-on leader who ensures excellence in every aspect of our food, beverage, and gaming offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily Club operations, including restaurant, bar, gaming, and functions

Lead and supervise staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback

Ensure high service standards, RSA/RCG compliance, and WHS adherence

Open and close the Club, including cash handling and daily banking

Coordinate and support functions and events, ensuring smooth execution

Provide hands-on service in Bar, Bistro, Keno, and Gaming areas

Manage cellar operations and stock control

Contribute ideas for service improvements

About You

Proven experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor, or similar hospitality leadership role

Strong leadership and team management skills with a positive, can-do attitude

High-level communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail

Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems

Well-groomed, professional appearance with a customer-first mindset

Flexible availability for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

Qualifications & Requirements

Current NSW RSA & RCG (advanced RCG accreditation preferred)

Certificate IV in Hospitality (essential); Diploma in Hospitality Management highly regarded or willingness to undertake

Solid understanding of licensed Club operations, food and beverage service, and gaming regulations

Sound knowledge of WHS and compliance standards

Strong cash handling and daily banking experience
