What You’ll Bring

A proven track record leading civil crews on roads, subdivisions, earthworks, utilities, and concrete works

A good, honest attitude and strong work ethic — you lead with integrity and leave your ego at the gate. There’s no room for BS here — just a solid crew working hard and backing each other

Strong on-site coordination skills with a sharp eye for safety, quality, and productivity

The ability to juggle people, plant, and problems — and still deliver on time
