Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Oversee project designs and documentation, providing technical advice to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and contract documentation for various civil infrastructure projects
• Maintain open communication with clients, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations
• Conduct site inspections and administer construction contracts

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering | RPEQ
• 5-7 years’ experience in a consultancy, with local council experience in Australia
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high professional standards
• Strong experience in civil engineering design and project management (roads, pavement, earthworks, stormwater & sewerage)
• Deep understanding of industry standards, regulations, and guidelines (QUDM, IPWEAQ highly advantageous)
• Impeccable written and verbal communication is a must
