About the role
Are you a versatile administrative professional looking for a part-time opportunity to support a growing stonemasonry company in Northgate, QLD? Stone Constructions Queensland is seeking an experienced Office All-Rounder to join their team and take on a variety of administrative duties.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative support
Assisting with data entry, filing, and document organisation
Completing basic accounts functions, including sending quotes, accounts receivable, accounts payable
Monitoring and actioning incoming emails and other correspondence
Coordinating schedules, booking appointments, and making travel arrangements
Supporting the team with project-based tasks and special initiatives as needed
Assist with product sales (Stone slabs)
Maintaining office supplies and inventory
Contributing to the overall smooth running of the office
Office odd-jobs and chores
Occasional Saturday overtime work will be required (4 hour shift)
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other common office software
Proficient or adaptable to using Apple Mac and Windows Operating Systems
Experience with accounting software such as MYOB or Xero preferred
Current Australian driver's licence required for potential warehouse and delivery assistance
Problem-solving and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks
A team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and self-motivate - you will regularly be on your own in the office
