We have been in business for 64 years and specialise in the production of luxury, fully tiled plunge pools. We are experiencing a high demand for our products and the business is in a period of growth.
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, focused and self-motivated administration professional to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview
You will provide a critical support role to the Pool Production Manager and as the job title suggests, there is a mix of office administration and hands on organising in this role that requires an eye for detail and a person that is highly organised. There is a healthy mix of office activities as well as activities outside of the office, including the following.
Office Activities: Assisting our customers with organising their pool delivery's, raising purchase orders with our suppliers, coordinating customer payments and customer order administration.
Warehouse Admin Activities: Coordinating deliveries of materials from suppliers, meeting supplier deliveries and reconciling the stock received to the purchase order. Administering the delivery of pool equipment and stock level requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Pool Production Manager, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
Maintain and update company records and databases.
Process Invoices.
Support the production and logistics teams with receiving inventory & stock, documentation and reporting
Administering suppliers and inventory.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt to and follow process and procedure
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job particulars:
Permanent employment (38+ hrs per week)
Flexible hours. Work your fulltime hours during our opening times of Monday to Thursday from 7.30am to 4.30pm and 7.30 to 2.00pm on Friday's.
