We are a kitchen cabinets spray painting business based in Mornington and we are currently seeking a general labourer/sander to join our team. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual who is willing to learn the art of spray painting and take on new tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation of surfaces for painting, including sanding , masking and wrapping

Supporting the spray painters with the mixing and applications of paints

Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard

Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other team members

Ability to use basic hand and power tools

Must wear supplied PPE

Previous experience in sanding or a similar role is preferred, but not required
