HR Advisor (Generalist)

• Manage, support, and develop a team of HR professionals across a large portfolio
• Partner with leadership to deliver both operational and transformational HR objectives
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence across the organisation
• Lead and implement internal HR projects and initiatives, including continuous improvement and standardisation
• Provide HR support across shared services, including payroll and HR processes
• Balance high-volume workloads while coaching business leaders on people-related strategies

HR Advisor (HSEC Portfolio – Health, Safety, Environment & Community)

• Manage and support HR professionals across the HSEC portfolio
• Provides HR support across a functional area (HSEC) rather than being limited to a single site.
• Engages with more senior stakeholders, including multiple General Managers and operational leaders.
• Support organisational change and restructure initiatives within the HSEC functions
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align HR strategies with organisational objectives
• Lead HR-related projects and continuous improvement activities
• Provide guidance on HR processes, payroll, and data management in a shared services environment
• Balance high-impact workloads across multiple stakeholders in a complex, matrix structure

About You: To succeed in these roles, you will have

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a Generalist HR role, ideally within the resources or heavy industry sector.
• Strong organisational change management experience, including planning and executing complex, business-wide restructuring projects.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching capability, supporting both leaders and team members.
• Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel capability and the ability to interpret large datasets.
• Proficiency with SAP, Workday, and HR reporting systems.
