ZERA 1983 Pty Ltd is a hospitality consulting company that provides professional services to leading venues across South East Queensland. We work with Italian restaurants Il Verde (Brisbane) and Il Vento (Mooloolaba), the soon-to-open Bianco (Caloundra) and a portfolio of food stalls at Eat Street Northshore in Brisbane.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Content Creator (Marketing) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple hospitality brands, helping to shape their digital presence and connect with vibrant local audiences.

About the Role

As Content Creator, you will plan, produce and publish high-quality content for digital and social media channels. Working closely with venue managers and culinary teams, you will capture authentic experiences, tell brand stories and grow audience engagement across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement content strategies across multiple venues (restaurants and market stalls).

Create engaging text, photo and video content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook and websites.

Schedule, publish and update marketing content across all platforms.

Maintain brand consistency while adapting tone and visuals to suit each venue.

Monitor analytics and engagement metrics, providing insights to refine content strategies.

Collaborate with venue teams to promote events, seasonal menus, and product launches.

Support broader marketing campaigns, promotions, and community engagement.

Skills & Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

Strong skills in photography, videography and editing software (Lightroom, Canva, etc.).

Excellent writing and storytelling ability.

Understanding of digital marketing, branding and consumer engagement.

Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Hospitality industry experience is highly regarded.

What We Offer

Full-time position, 38 hours per week.

Salary of $75,000 – $80,000 per year (plus superannuation).
