Offering Permanent- part-time, 30.4 hours per week flexible weekdays.
This position is identified as child-related and a working with children check clearance will be required.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, and or relevant community services qualifications.
Demonstrated ability to provide written and verbal consultation, advice, and support to key stakeholders, including family members, primary carers and other internal/external support services, whilst confidently balancing safety and confidentiality.
Ability to provide regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to independently manage a case load of clients.
Comprehensive understanding of child development.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills working within diverse communities and cultural competency.
Ability to work as a member of a specialised team, and ability to foster and develop effective working relationships internally and externally.
High level of digital literacy.
A current driver’s licence and car.
Desirable
2 years with relevant experience providing assessment and intervention with families.
Experience in developing and running parenting workshops targeting at risk families.
Community language - Arabic, Dari/Farsi.
