We’re a boutique financial planning and mortgage broking firm based on the Sunshine Coast. Our clients are wealth-conscious Australians — often in their 30s to 50s — navigating real milestones: buying property, growing families, investing, protecting what matters, and preparing for retirement.
If you're a Financial Adviser who wants to step into a warm, well-supported role and grow with a team that genuinely cares, this could be your next move.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering strategic, personalised advice across cash flow, super, investments, insurance, debt, and retirement
Managing and growing your own client book, with strong internal referrals and lead flow
Crafting SOAs and ensuring compliant, client-first advice (we use AdviserLogic)
Collaborating with our in-house mortgage broker for holistic client outcomes
Empowering clients with regular reviews, education, and clear communication
Who you are:
A licensed Financial Adviser (ASIC-registered) with relevant qualifications
Ideally 2+ years of experience in a client-facing advice role
Confident in delivering and implementing advice across a wide range of strategies
A strong communicator — values-driven, clear, and proactive
Based on the Sunshine Coast — working hybrid from home and our office
