Job Title: Business Analyst

• Contract: 6 months
• Daily Rate: $800-$865 per day + super
• Location: Liverpool & Luddenham + WFH (3/2 split)

About the Role:

Working with the technology delivery team, this position is a key role in implementing technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining and managing the requirements for key technology projects, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners.

This role will work on one or more projects, partnering with the Technology team, business stakeholders and technology contractors. The role will be end- to- end in nature – start-up/initiation, business case development, requirements elicitation, analysis and design, validating project scope, functional specifications documentation, requirements prioritisation / validation/ finalisation /signoff, testing, deployment and post-implementation adoption and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding business needs and mapping business requirements into system requirements.
• Apply structured analysis methods, tools and techniques for creating business requirements specifications to clearly document scope items, requirements, detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitation of workshops with project stakeholders to establish "common-ground" on requirements and publishing the baseline.
• Reporting of scope creep and conflicting requirements of various stakeholders through effective communication, escalation and stakeholder management.
• Working closely with technology providers and business teams to create key artifacts such as test cases and business acceptance criteria.

Key Skills:

• A minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Business Analyst role
• Airport/ aviation/ transport technology systems delivery experience is advantageous
• Demonstrated experience as a business analyst working on large multi-discipline, multi- vendor business transformation projects using Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid approaches.
• Understanding of data platforms, MS Fabric (D365) and integration (mulesfort) requirements highly desirable.
