About the Company
Davidson is partnering with a leading organisation to deliver critical change across their Wealth Consumer division. We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in superannuation, fund accounting and operations to support a major transformation program. This is a 12 month contract position.

About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects deliver quality outcomes through effective analysis and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for:

• Leading process mapping across superannuation, fund accounting, and operational workflows
• Gathering, analysing, and documenting detailed business requirements
• Conducting gap analysis and defining current vs. future state solutions
• Preparing functional and technical specifications, including system mapping
• Supporting solution design, testing activities, and UAT with business and technology teams
• Contributing to strategy, planning, and delivery of operational improvements
• Engaging with a diverse stakeholder base to validate needs and drive adoption

This is a high-impact role where your specialised domain knowledge will directly shape the success of key initiatives.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Strong knowledge of superannuation, fund accounting, and fund operations
• Proven experience in business analysis, with expertise in process mapping and requirements management
• Ability to work confidently across both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Tableau will be well regarded
