About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales & Online Business All-Rounder who can:

Help customers over phone, email, and chat

Manage leads and sales in HubSpot

Process and check orders in WooCommerce

Follow up with customers and keep them updated

Pitch in on general admin and online business tasks

You don’t need to know everything — we’ll train you. What matters most is your attitude: friendly, reliable, and willing to learn.

What’s On Offer

$28–$32 per hour depending on experience

Flexible hours (within reason)

Must be available during school holidays (our busy season)

2 weeks paid break at Christmas every year (after trial period)

Training in HubSpot, WooCommerce, and online systems

Variety — no two days are the same

Small, supportive team based in Mudgee, NSW

Work-from-home option available after approx. 6 months of training (hybrid/virtual flexibility)
