We’re a high-performing boutique recruitment agency based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs with a national presence. Known for our delivery of high-calibre white-collar talent, we’re expanding further into the property and real estate space.

Our Bondi Junction office is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a warm desk focused on permanent placements within the property sector.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, values-driven team that thrives on long-term client relationships and shared success.

The Role

You’ll be recruiting across key white-collar roles in the property industry – such as Property Managers, Financing companies, Leasing Executives, Asset Managers, Development Coordinators, and Commercial/Residential Portfolio Managers.

This is a relationship-led role suited to someone who understands the dynamics of the property market and enjoys working closely with clients including real estate agencies, financiers, developers, landlords, REITs, and advisory firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established permanent desk with strong existing client relationships
• Source, interview, and present experienced professionals across property roles
• Deliver tailored recruitment solutions through a consultative, value-led approach
• Attend client meetings and property inspections to better understand client needs
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive networking and headhunting
• Collaborate with a supportive and experienced team that shares wins and insights

About You

• 3+ years of experience in white-collar recruitment (ideally within property, real estate, finance, or construction-related sectors)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and accountable – you take pride in delivering results
• Commercially aware, with a strong interest in the property market
• Enjoy working in a consultative environment where quality matters
