Front of House & Bar Team Leaders – Seasonal Contracts

Step into a leadership role at Hotel Sorrento, one of the busiest and most iconic multi-outlet venues on the Mornington Peninsula.

We’re seeking experienced and driven Team Leaders to join us on a casual, seasonal contract (December – February) with the potential for ongoing work after summer.

You’ll lead and support our Front of House and Bar teams across:

Main Dining & Shi Hui Shi

Salt Bar, Rooftop Bar, Lobby Bar, and Pool Bar

This role reports directly to our Bar Manager and Restaurant Manager, giving you the chance to work closely with senior leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in a high-volume venue

Strong leadership and communication skills

Confidence managing peak service periods and large teams

Passion for delivering polished, memorable service

Availability across nights, weekends, and public holidays
