We're on the lookout for an experienced Barista to join the team at Next Door by Neil Perry as we launch our new breakfast and brunch offering.

This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment alongside a passionate front-of-house team.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a busy café or restaurant

Confident and consistent with latte art

Strong understanding of coffee preparation, grinder calibration, and workflow management

Friendly, professional and team-oriented

Attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service
