About Us
At Batch, we’re known for fast-paced specialty coffee in the Sydney CBD. This site needs a positive team player who thrives under pressure and loves to pump out high-volume T/A coffee with consistency and speed. We take pride in every cup and are looking for someone who shares that same drive and energy.
The Role
You’ll be working Monday to Friday with weekends off, guaranteed 45 hours per week. We need someone reliable and committed who can hit the ground running and bring great vibes to the team every day.
What We’re Looking For
Previous high-volume specialty coffee experience (essential)
Ability to dial in and maintain consistent espresso recipes
Strong understanding of coffee fundamentals
Steady hands, calm under pressure, and great communication skills
Positive, reliable, and professional attitude
Healthy, energetic, and always ready to show up
Minimum 1-year commitment required
