Soul Origin is expanding and opening our first Drive-Thru store, in Epping! We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members to join us! We are looking for Barista’s and Customer Service Superstars to work in our Front of House. Part-Time and Casual roles available!

Front of House Superstars:

Do you love making others smile? Are you outgoing and confident? Will you wear the Soul Origin uniform with pride? Then this is the role for you. To be successful you’ll have:

• An approachable demeanour and good communication skills

• Ability to serve customers at the counter and the Drive-Thru window

• Running and serving food items and drinks to tables as required

• Cleaning and organising the store and dining area, including bathrooms

• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required

• Good attention to detail and cash handling skills

• Assisting the team with outside maintenance of the store

• An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

• Preferred: A minimum of 6 months fast food or restaurant experience

• A flexible approach to work – at Soul Origin, customer service goes beyond serving customers! You’ll also be able to help with making and preparing food items, stock take, opening / closing the store and cleaning

Baristas:

Do you have a passion for coffee? Thrive in a fast-paced environment? And love engaging with customers? Then this role is for you! As a Soul Origin Barista, you’ll have access to the highest quality Specialty Coffee and work with the best brewing equipment on the market to create our delicious coffee beverages. To be successful in this role you’ll have:

• A minimum of 6 months Barista experience

• Ability to serve customers at the counter and Drive-Thru window

• Cleaning and organising the store and dining area, including bathrooms

• Running and serving food items and drinks to tables as required

• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required

• Good attention to detail and cash handling skills

• An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

• A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers

• Ability to work as a team – when you’re not making delicious specialty coffees, you’ll be helping make and prepare food, stock take, opening/closing the store and general cleaning duties
