We’re hiring! We are currently searching for Enrolled Nurses to join our teams working in and around the Eastern suburbs. Roles are available in:

Shire of Yarra Ranges; City of Maroondah; City of Knox

Required availability to work on a rotating Momday-Sunday (between 730am-4pm). It will be 5 shifts per week - there will be weekend shifts rostered somewhere in the 28 day period

As an Enrolled Nurse with Bolton Clarke you will provide a broad range of client care across a variety of clinical practice areas. The role will include the following:

• Contributing to the assessment, prevention, early detection, referral and health promotion of our clients
• Working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, but at all times retaining responsibility for your own actions and remaining accountable in providing delegated nursing care and working within scope of practice
• Liaising and collaborating with stakeholders (eg referrers, GPs, families, allied health) to ensure effective care delivery
• Contributing to the formulation of care plans, reviews and case conferencing

What we need from you -

• Relevant qualifications, AHPRA registration. and comparable acute experience
• A passion to provide holistic community based nursing care, assisting clients to experience a greater level of independence and improved quality of life
• Availability to work mornings and evenings M-S (approx 70 hours fortnight)
• Self motivated and an autonomous working style
• A current and valid police check
• A current and valid Victorian drivers license along with your own vehicle
