The Role: We are looking for a Registered Nurses to work on a full time basis of 76hrs a fornight at Ozanam| Garran ACT 2605.
You will:

Complete holistic assessments

Care plans evaluate and make clinical decisions

Guide our care staff to improve the quality of life of our Resident

The shift on a fortnightly roster is as below:

Requirements

Current AHPRA registration

Aged Care experience as an RN - MINIMUM 1 - 2 YEARS (preferable) **

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Availability to work on night duty and weekend shift

A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people

Understanding of ANACC, including assessments, documentation and funding submissions
