What you'll do

• Establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with other staff within the branch to ensure the alignment and integration of operational services, processes and service levels across the branch.
• Provide high level technical skills in the analysis of IT system issues and the formulation, design and provision of appropriate solutions and improvements.
• Provide effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management and continuity planning utilising best practices in systems support and service delivery, preferably with the ITIL framework.
• Ensure end to end service delivery for enterprise systems within Queensland Health.

About you

We are searching for someone who has:

• Demonstrated ability in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / test / change and configuration management.
• Demonstrated expertise and technical skills in one or more of the following;
  o Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022 (OS and Hardware)
  o Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/Group Policy
  o Microsoft Clustering
  o Web Server technologies (IIS 6, 7, 7.5, Apache)
  o Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) 2402
  o Scripting technologies (VBscript, PowerShell)
  o Virtualisation (vSphere)
