The Role:

As Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of construction projects with the support from our Construction Manager. You will be involved in obtaining authority approvals, design coordination, procurement, stakeholder/subcontractor/supplier management, financial and time management and maintaining company values.

What you'll bring:

5+ year experience as a Project Manager

Bachelor of Project Management/Construction Management or similar

High motivation and ability to work independently

A collaborative and positive mindset

Proven delivery of projects up to $5m

Experience in Aged Care, Education, Assembly and Residential Buildings

Strong programming and time management

Design coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to pass a Police and Working With Children Check

Proficiency with project management software (Cheops, MS project, Bluebeam, etc.)
