Female Support Worker – Autism Spectrum Disorder

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Female Support Worker with a minimum of 2 years’ proven experience to support a young female participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Shift Requirements:

8:00am – 4:00pm (set shifts)

4:00pm- 8:00am ( set sleep Shift )

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience supporting clients with Autism, limited verbal communication, and challenging behaviours

Skilled in redirection strategies and confident in reading and following Behaviour Support Plans

Must be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication

Reliable, consistent, and able to work as part of a team

Patient, compassionate, and committed to ongoing support
