The Dolphins Motel is a brand-new boutique coastal motel opening this coming summer, dedicated to creating relaxed, high-quality guest experiences. We are seeking a Housekeeping Leader & Operational Support to join our close-knit team in a permanent part-time role (30 hours per week). This hands-on position combines leading the housekeeping team with supporting day-to-day motel operations, helping to shape the property from the very beginning.

About the Role

Lead and coordinate daily housekeeping to ensure rooms and common areas are maintained to boutique standards.

Train and support housekeeping staff to maintain consistent service levels.

Provide input to management on housekeeping staffing levels and scheduling needs.

Work closely with the Motel Manager and Assistant Manager to provide operational support across the property.

Assist with stock control, supplier liaison, and presentation standards.

Uphold compliance and safety requirements.

Provide support during busy check-in/check-out periods as needed.

About You

Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience (leadership experience highly regarded).

Strong eye for detail and pride in presentation standards.

Organised, reliable, and confident leading of a small team.

Flexible and adaptable, happy to assist in other operational areas when required.

Friendly and professional in guest interactions.
