Who we are:
Techworks Electrical is a West Australian company who provides an extensive range of commercial electrical contracting services to all levels of Government and Private Industry. We have a reputation for providing workmanship and service of the highest standards from construction and/or maintenance across the State.
Techworks has a wide ride range of projects and service contracts secured over next 5-7 years. On the back of this success we are looking to appoint an eager Service Administrator to assist the Service team with the day to day delivery of various Electrical contracts. Working closely with the Service Coordinator and fellow Service Administrators, this role is key in supporting the team to deliver outstanding results for our clients and the business.

Key Criteria:
Coordinate routine, reactive and quoted works, including: Job setup, Site communication, Coordination of materials, Administration, and Job completion reporting and invoicing
Coordinate Subcontractors/Suppliers, including: Issuing compliant purchase orders, Scheduling, Ensuring site-specific induction compliance
Scheduling of all contracted Routine Maintenance / Planned Preventative Maintenance works within the department
Scheduling of all contracted Reactive works in conjunction with department supervisor
Develop job pack preparation, compliance documentation and regional works schedules
Develop positive, proactive relationships with external suppliers, contractors, and clients
Collect, compile, and verify relevant data and performance metrics in accordance with established reporting schedules. Including data entry, record keeping and monthly service report
Administrative tasks to support the service departments
Successful applicants will meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Service Administration work
SimPRO Experience (Preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience working with government or commercial clients (Preferred)
