Microsoft Support Person – IT All-Rounder (Crows Nest)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Microsoft Support Person who’s ready to learn, be mentored, and grow their IT career. In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience across a wide range of technologies – no pigeonholing here.
What you’ll bring:
2+ years supporting Microsoft platforms (desktop/user support)
Good understanding of networking principles
Proven troubleshooting skills
Customer focus, strong communication & problem-solving ability
Current driver’s licence and vehicle
Australian Residency
