As a Process Analyst in this influential role based in Melbourne, you will immerse yourself in the heart of digital transformation projects that underpin the strategic direction of one of Australia's largest enterprise organisations. Your day-to-day activities will involve mapping out current business processes alongside designing future state workflows that enable seamless transitions across systems and roles. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels-facilitating workshops to gather insights, documenting findings using industry-standard methodologies like BPMN, and ensuring every detail aligns with broader organisational strategies.

- Identify inefficiencies, inaccuracies, compliance gaps, and opportunities for improvement within existing processes, raising change requests or updating process artefacts as needed.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and stakeholder meetings to elicit business and system process steps while defining future state operating models and end-to-end processes.
- Develop clear and accurate business process models using BPMN standards through tools such as Visio or Signavio.

Your background should include deep familiarity with finance or HR systems alongside advanced skills in BPMN-based modelling tools.
- Demonstrated experience as a Process Analyst within transformation programmes involving both as-is and to-be process design in complex enterprise settings.
- Strong understanding of finance, payroll or human capital management functions with hands-on experience in HR or finance/payroll systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday or ADP.
- A track record of facilitating workshops and engaging diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and validate proposed changes.
