Our Client a leading federal agency is seeking some strong data engineers with a focus Azure Data Factory to work on a major digital transformation program focused on modernising data integration and infrastructure. This is a long-term contract opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory and SQL
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines for secure and efficient data transfer
• Develop scalable data models and ensure data accuracy and availability
• Apply data validation and quality checks to maintain integrity
• Monitor and optimise integration processes for performance and resource efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs
• Troubleshoot integration issues and implement long-term fixes
• Document technical specifications and operational procedures

Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience with Azure Data Factory, SQL, and data warehousing
• Proven background in data engineering, ETL, and data modelling
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer) are a plus
