We provide regular lawn treatments to residential and commercial properties nationwide, helping over 35,000 customers enjoy healthier, greener lawns. About the role
As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll be the face of our business—visiting clients, delivering treatments, and providing advice. You’ll also manage your own schedule, maintain accurate records, and work with clients to keep their lawns looking great all year round.

Tasks & responsibilities

Deliver scheduled lawn care services including fertilising and spraying for weeds, pests, and diseases (training provided).

Manage your day independently using our job management system.

Travel to client locations within your service area.

Provide professional, friendly service and clear advice to clients.

Keep accurate records and update customer details in our system.

Conduct lawn assessments and prepare quotes for potential new clients.

Manage debtor accounts based on provided lists — contacting clients, following up overdue payments, and booking treatments.

Strong communication and customer service skills, including confidence in contacting clients by phone and email.

Represent Coochie HydroGreen with pride and professionalism.

Qualifications & experience

No turf or horticultural background required – all training provided.

Must be self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.

Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Must hold a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
