We’ll back you with training, support, and the chance to work alongside a passionate Store Manager who’ll show you the ropes.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations
Leading by example on the shop floor, delivering great customer service
Learning how to coach and develop team members
Helping customers find the perfect BBQ, outdoor furniture, or accessories
What we’re looking for:
Someone with retail or customer service experience who’s ready to step up
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn management skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Availability across weekends and peak trading times
