ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Customer Service superstar who is passionate about insurance, the fleet industry and customer service. This role is focused on providing outstanding service to existing clients. The ideal candidate will be part of a great supportive team who share a passion for quality, performance, and overall customer satisfaction.
Duties will include (but not limited to) -
Proactively answering all calls to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly requirements
Lodging new claims and allocation of all repairs through the preferred repairer network
Coordinating reservations for any hire car requirements
Following all claims through to completion to ensure prompt finalisation
Building and maintaining relationships within our national preferred repairer network and third-party suppliers
Diligent management of claims portfolio to ensure timely action on all claims including settlements
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will portray the following –
Previous experience in customer service
Insurance industry experience in claims management will be highly regarded
Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to prioritise
Understand customer challenges and proactively identify areas of improvement
Always display a high level of integrity and confidentiality
Sound time management
The ability to connect, adapt, show resilience, and engage all levels in the business
