About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced and well established Project Manager in the signage industry.
You will have an existing solid client base and high turnover, and be able to prove your ability to service national retailers or commercial clients. You will ensure seamless execution from client briefing through to installation.
Key Responsibilities for the role - not limited to:
Oversee signage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, timeline, and budget
Foster strong client relationships through consistent and transparent communication throughout each project phase
Coordinate and manage internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, installers, and production crews
Conduct site inspections and ensure all safety protocols and compliance documentation are completed accurately
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and budget tracking
Track project milestones, manage scope changes, and address issues proactively to maintain momentum
Skills & experience
Minimum 5 years of project management experience, in the Signage Industry.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects at once
Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of professionalism
Committed to achieving outstanding results for clients
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude in dynamic, creative settings
