We have an opportunity for a self-motivated Scaffold Supervisor to join our successful and incredibly busy team in Esperance.

This is a residential position, we require our Supervisor to be residing in Esperance or willing to relocate.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional who will have a dedicated focus on the growth and development of our scaffolding department. Someone that will nurture and develop existing client relationships while actively seeking and securing new opportunities. A leader that will not only drive their own performance but also motivate and lead a small crew to deliver quality results.

Reporting to the Divisional Manager you will be responsible for (but not limited to) :

Estimating jobs and managing a small work crew.

Supervising scaffolding and non-scaffolding works as required.

You will be hands-on and able to deliver safe, efficient, and productive project outcomes.

Assisting with planning and organising works programs.

Leading your crew by allocating duties, providing direction, and monitoring performance.

Ensuring works are completed to quality standards, on time, and within scope.

Maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing supplies/equipment as needed.

About You:

To be considered for this role you will have the following:

5 years proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor.

Exceptional leadership qualities with a hands on approach

A strong communicator that is organised and leads by example

Commitment to safety, quality and efficiency

HRWL – SA & RA or RI

EWP & Forklift ticket

WA Drivers Licence

Supervisory qualification highly desirable (S44 or S26)
