The Role

As the Electrical Workshop Supervisor, you will lead a team of skilled tradespeople, apprentices, and T/A’s in delivering electrical switchboards, modular assemblies, and other workshop-based electrical projects.

You will manage workflow, ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements, and serve as the primary liaison between workshop operations, project managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations in the electrical workshop

Allocate work, manage priorities, and ensure project deadlines are met

Maintain quality control and compliance with industry and client standards

Drive safety culture and ensure HSEQ requirements are followed

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams

Manage, mentor, and support trades staff and apprentices

About You

Trade-qualified electrician with WA Electrical Licence

Previous supervisory or leading hand experience in a workshop environment

Strong understanding of electrical assembly, switchboard manufacturing, and associated standards

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
