We are looking for full time and part time registered nurse based in Australia and looking to work in Batemans Bay

Your Role

As a Registered Nurse at Goodwin Aged Care, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality clinical care and support to our residents. Your core duties will include:

• Deliver Quality Clinical Care and Support: Provide compassionate and expert clinical care to our residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
• Manage Priorities: Effectively manage your responsibilities, prioritising residents' needs, and providing the support they require.
• Implement Programs for Special Needs: Create and implement specialised programs to cater to the unique needs of some residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
• Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team, ensuring that incidents and issues are reported and addressed promptly.

What's needed?

• Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA Registration
• Have a minimum of 1 -3 years post-basic nursing experience
• Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to contribute to and work as part of a dynamic team in addition to operating independently
