Permanent Registered Nurse (Sydney & Regional NSW)

About the Opportunity

Tier 1 Recruitment is partnering with multiple Aged care providers across New South Wales, including Sydney and regional locations. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses for permanent roles, who are committed to delivering high-quality clinical care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to aged care residents.

Administer medications and monitor residents’ health in line with care plans.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and evaluate clinical care.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to care staff.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with AHPRA and aged care standards.

Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for residents.

Ensure compliance with aged care quality standards and infection control practices.

Respond effectively to emergencies and implement appropriate care interventions.

Requirements

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.

Minimum 2+ years of clinical nursing experience (Aged care experience highly regarded).

Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to manage complex care needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (morning, afternoon, nights, weekends, and public holidays).
