We are seeking a new receptionist to join our beautiful team at Willow Massage & Wellness in Howrah, Tasmania. Our space is a peaceful sanctuary for healing and renewal, offering Massage, Acupuncture, Reiki, and Ayurvedic Bodywork. We value kindness, offering exceptional care to our clients while creating a workplace that supports the well-being of our team. We’d love someone who shares these values to join our supportive reception team.

✨ About the role
As our receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. Day-to-day, your role will include:

Greeting clients with warmth and kindness

Maintaining a peaceful and quiet environment

Managing bookings and client enquiries (in person, by phone, and email)

Processing payments and keeping records tidy

Supporting our practitioners so everything runs smoothly

Helping with admin tasks and keeping the clinic space welcoming and clean

Organised and reliable, with great attention to detail

Confident with technology (we’ll train you on our booking system)

Keen to help us improve our processes to enhance workflow

Able to juggle a busy reception area while maintaining a calming presence
