Are you ready to take the lead in a progressive food manufacturing plant about to embark on exciting expansion plans?
At Brubecks Boutique Foods, we’re passionate about creating high-quality, innovative food products that consumers love. From our Brisbane base, we proudly supply major retailers, independents and local consumers — and we’re growing.
We’re seeking a hands-on Production Manager to oversee operations, lead a team of around 50 employees, and drive efficiency, quality, and performance.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this pivotal role offers the chance to make a real impact in a business on the rise. This new purpose-built facility opened in December 2024 and operates Monday to Friday only. The focus of this role is to take a well-run successful operation to a new level allowing the senior leadership to capture the growth opportunities currently at hand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire and develop the production team to achieve daily and weekly KPI targets.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP and WHS standards at every stage.
Oversee production scheduling, labour allocation and workflows to optimise efficiency.
Monitor and meet production targets, budgets, and “right first time” outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Cold Stores and Logistics to streamline operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve processes.
About You
Minimum 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
Highly organised, adaptable, and outcome focused.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Tech Savvy with experience in automation systems, production software.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Willing to obtain a NDIS Yellow Card due to staff diversity.
