We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected real estate agency with a strong presence across both residential and commercial property sectors.

What this Position and Company can offer you .......
You'll be working within a team of 2 together to manage a North of the River portfolio with mixed duites, lerning and growing in PM with end to end knowledge and hands on experience. This is a dynamic, varied role that offers career growth and long term opportunity within any area of the business.

�� Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspections; Shared Routine Inspections across the portfolio shared between the APM and PM - everyone has their finger on the pulse and will have eyes on the property at least 2 out of 4 Inspections
  • Leasing; Arrange and conduct home opens within business hours with a portion conducted by the PM for support
  • Maintenance; Arrange quotes, manage mainteancne requets and liasie with relveltn contractsrs, tenants, owners
  • Final Bonds; Attend on an adhoc support to your Property Manager
  • You will have Administration support from the office Admin

  • Real Estate experience preferred from outsourcing companies or an Assistant wanting further career growth
  • A positive, go-getter attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Solid admin and computer skills
  • Willingness to embrace new tech and training
  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable
  • Team player, down to earth personality and friendly approach
