Base Salary $85,587 plus 12% superannuation

About the vacancy
This is your opportunity to play a key role in driving audience growth and engagement across our digital channels. Reporting to the Manager, Digital and Social, you'll be responsible for executing and optimising digital marketing activities, ensuring a cohesive and customer-centric experience across every touchpoint.
You will guide the effective execution of our digital strategy, focusing on audience segmentation and targeting, email marketing, digital signage, website management, SEO/SEM and paid social media. You will also have a Digital Marketing Coordinator reporting to you, making this a great opportunity to build your leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Digital Channel Management: Drive the execution of content and campaigns across all owned channels, including our websites, email marketing, digital signage, and paid social.
Website & CMS: Maintain and optimise our website and CMS, ensuring content is always accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand guidelines. You'll also provide training to new users on the CMS.
Email Marketing: Lead the creation and distribution of email and SMS campaigns. You'll implement best practices for audience segmentation, A/B testing, and automation to achieve maximum engagement.
Digital Analytics: Use digital analytics and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and report on campaign performance to the wider team.
Paid Social & SEO/SEM: Execute paid social media campaigns and apply SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic search traffic and enhance our online visibility.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance to the Digital Marketing Coordinator, lead weekly team meetings, and contribute to the development of new digital initiatives.
Competencies and Skills
Essential skills and experience:
Proven technical skills with email marketing platforms, website Content Management Systems (CMS), and the Adobe suite or Canva.
A solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret digital data.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Highly desirable skills and experience:
Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline.
Experience with digital signage systems (e.g., Elementi, Vir2Cloud).
Knowledge of the arts and entertainment industry and ticketing systems.
Previous line management experience.
