About the Role:
As our HR and Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR and Admin departments. You will serve as one of the primary points of contact, providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, clients, and staff.
Flexible working arrangements can be discussed.
Salary dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Assist in managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist in maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
Assist with recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee record maintenance
Assist with administration of participant filing systems
Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and staff events
Maintain HR systems and databases with up-to-date employee information
Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
Support general administrative tasks including filing, data entry.
About You:
Previous experience in an administrative, HR, or receptionist role is preferred
Friendly, professional demeanour with excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems (desirable)
Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment
Excellent communication, the ability to work well in a team environment and independently and proactively
Exceptional time management and ability to handle competing workloads
Experience in the disability sector is an advantage
