The role
The Regulatory Officer is responsible for coordinating and undertaking regulatory activities associated with, assessing and rating service quality against a national standard, assessing applications, and providing consistent education and guidance to support services to achieve and maintain compliance with the legislative obligations.

Key responsibilities will include:
Assessing and rating service quality under the National Quality Framework.
Coordinating and undertaking regulatory activities related to assessing applications.
Providing consistent education and guidance to help regulated parties achieve and maintain compliance with legislative obligations.
