The Role:
The People Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting the organisation’s P&C Systems, with a particular focus on Dayforce, Salesforce (P&C Central), and SharePoint (OTR Hub). This role ensures the smooth operation and maintenance of these systems to allow for accurate human resources and employee management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Dayforce, Salesforce and SharePoint.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain uptime and efficiency.
  • Responding to People & Culture Systems related queries.
  • Oversee system updates and configurations, ensuring the platforms are aligned with organisational needs and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity across people systems by conducting regular audits, validation checks, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide support to People & Culture teams and end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of system features and tools.
  • Remain up to date on the product roadmap of all People & Culture systems, ensuring that new technology and features can be adopted into the organisation.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of People & Culture systems, by supporting the implementation of system-based improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business desirable, Information Systems, or a related field desirable but not required
  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Specialist, Business Analyst, or similar role
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms (Dayforce, Workday, SAP Success factors or similar highly desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of business systems and software solutions
  • Proven experience with system implementation, integration, and data management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
